My job is really physically demanding I have to stand on my feel all day and bend over. Trust me it's no fun for my back and neck. So I was looking for a professional massage therapist and I found Ilya. He used to work for an Italian Olympic team so I figured he definitely knows what he's doing. He's really great! I felt really relieved after the session. It's not that kind of relaxing massage when someone puts oil on u and pets u. It hurts but it's that good kind of a pain that u feel so good after. He also gave me some recommendation on how and what to stretch and some showed me some exercises to do at home. I'm definitely planning on making it at least a monthly thing to get a massage.
